Duties:

• Communicate with responsible departments, identifying, collecting and documenting business / technical requirements
• Leading Requirement Management process, evaluates the changes and asses impact of the changes
• Develop and design high level structure of the requirements in technical perspective, including workflows, use case diagrams. Translation the business requirements to user stories or use cases.
• Act as a product owner during the development process in coordination with business units and development partner. Ensure that client is involved to the process within critic acceptance phases
• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as user guides, status reports as well as tender documents (RFP, RFI)
• Designing and Leading Acceptance processes of end products in coordination with client groups and development partner

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst involving large, complex projects in a tech development environment with multi-function / multi-vendor teams.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate project tools (Jira / Microsoft Project/Visio)
• Understanding of web technologies.
• Balanced business/technical background:
o Sufficient level of technical background to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
o Ability to transform ideas from stakeholders into technical requirements
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
• Strong Time Management skills
• Ability to create structured and organized project documents, user manuals and reports
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Proven ability to manage software projects scope definition to ensure business needs are properly transformed to the technical specifications.
• Certificates on related fields is advantage
• Excellent Azeri, English verbal communication and written skills
